7th China Flower Expo kicked off in Beijing

The China Flower Expo was launched in 1987 and is one of the largest and most prestigious grand national flower events, in China. With six expositions successfully held, the 7th expo, which kicked off on September 26th, focuses on the concepts of the "humanistic Expo,” the “high-tech Expo,” and the “harmonious Expo.”

This year, the Expo extended wide invitations to flower associations from well-known provincial enterprises, cities, autonomous regions, as well as from all over the world. The Expo features unique plants from all over China.

Over 1,300 flower producers and dealers participated in the annual flower fair. Cherry blossoms from Japan and tulips from Holland made the fair a well-built platform for people of different circles to learn the development of China’s flower industry.

After the Expo, the 750,000-square-meter flower logistics center, which provides the exhibition a permanent site for the China Flower Association, will serve as the gateway for domestic and overseas flower traders.

The Flower Expo runs until October the 5th.
