Last year once more. "Mad Men" and "30 Rock" led a pack of Emmy winners who successfully defended their titles at the 2008-2009 Primetime Emmy Awards presented Sunday night at the Nokia Theatre in downtown Los Angeles.

Outstanding lead actor in a drama series: Bryan Cranston, "Breaking Bad," AMC
Outstanding lead Actress in a drama series: Glenn Close, "Damages," FX Networks
Outstanding lead actor in a comedy series: Alec Baldwin, "30 Rock," NBC
Outstanding lead actress in a comedy series: Toni Collette, "United States of Tara," Showtime
